kitchen remodel pre construction

These home owners were updating and renewing this home to put on the market and get the best price for it. The mission… remove and replace everything. New cabinets, flooring, countertops, lighting, sink, and appliances.

New kitchen post construction

This is the final product with the new tile backsplash, cabinets, flooring, countertops, sink, and new appliances.

Basement remodel

This is the second half of a finished basement left unfinished for storage. The home owner wanted to split this remaining side in half for a future exercise room and a music/guitar room. Five storage closets were added to make use of small tight areas and to make up for the decrease in storage space.

Basement remodel (Furnace room)

These walls were install by P&R to creat one storage spot for tools and hardware, in addition to hiding and providing a separate area for the furnace.

The owner wanted to utilize the empty void underneath the steps so we framed in wall and a doorway for a bifold door.

We plywood the wall in the closet for the convenience of hanging items.
